Lisa specializes in leadership development coaching and thought partnership. Her expertise is in working with leaders to understand and drive a process of change while building their inner capacity and resilience. She works with both emerging and senior leaders who are striving for excellence in their organizations and want support as they move into new roles and responsibilities.

Her signature approach employs best practices of creative learning by embracing emotional intelligence, design thinking, and systemic team development. Her services include: emotional intelligence assessments, designing strategies with achievable direction and outcomes, concentrating on developing sustainable practices, focused learning, and deep listening.

Lisa completed her coaching certification at the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara in 2012. Her continuing education includes narrative coaching, systemic leadership development, somatic experiential learning, and complexity theory-informed practices. In 2022, she was certified as a facilitator of the Amherst Writers & Artists methodology. Currently, she is participating in the Purposeful Trust & Legacy Mastery Program to enhance her skills working with family offices.
She is an active member of the Humanitarian Coaching Network, a global cohort of professional coaches serving humanitarian and development leaders in the most isolated and complex posts.
