She has spent her career in the private and non-profit sectors, working with people to be more effective and to develop an inspired vision of the future.

She completed her coaching certification at the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara. Her continuing education includes narrative coaching, systemic leadership development, somatic experiential learning, and complexity theory-informed practices.
